We, at Up Close Tours abide by the Consumer Protection Act to ensure that the interests of our clients are fully protected. In accordance with the act, we will strive to:

  1. Give our clients the opportunity to ‘opt out’ should any direct marketing material or subscriptions be offered
  2. Disclose full pricing on our tours and cancellation fees (refer to our Terms & Conditions document on our website
  3. Ensure that our marketing material is factual and accurate
  4. Offer a timeous and quality service
  5. Honour all transactions where possible
  6. Offer a 5 day ‘cooling off’ period where tour reservations have been agreed either verbally or in writing
  7. Comply with business requirements as laid out by the Registrar of Companies
